This study evaluated how effective and satisfying the online application system at the
Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) is for users, utilizing a mixed-methods research
design. The research incorporated both quantitative and qualitative data collection
methods, applying statistical techniques for the quantitative analysis and thematic
analysis for the qualitative data. The results indicated that users generally find the
system effective and easy to use. However, several areas needing improvement were
highlighted, such as technical problems, worries about data security, and a lack of
adequate user support. To improve the online application process and increase user
satisfaction, the study suggests several strategies: investing in a strong technological
infrastructure, enhancing the user interface for better accessibility, focusing on data
security measures, and offering thorough training and support to users. By addressing
these critical areas, PIT can refine its online application system, ensuring it better meets
user needs and improves overall satisfaction with the application process. This strategy
not only aims to fix existing issues but also aspires to create a more positive user
experience in the future.
