In today's digital world, online enrollment systems have become vital for higher
education institutions, helping to manage student admissions and academic records
more efficiently. This study assesses how effective the online enrollment system is at our
institution and measures user satisfaction through a mixed-methods research approach
that includes both quantitative and qualitative data collection. The results show a high
level of user satisfaction, emphasizing the system's usefulness, ease of use, and overall
performance. However, the evaluation also pointed out important areas that need
improvement, such as the user interface design and the availability of technical support.
To improve the system's effectiveness and user experience, we suggest several strategic
actions: enhancing the user interface to make it more intuitive and visually appealing,
improving technical support to provide timely assistance, and establishing a regular
maintenance schedule to boost reliability. By focusing on these key areas, the institution
can greatly enhance user satisfaction and streamline the enrollment process, ultimately
fostering a more effective academic environment. This study highlights the need for
ongoing evaluation and adaptation of digital systems in higher education to better serve
the changing needs of students and staff.
