This paper introduces an innovative telescopic fixed fork presser machine designed to
enhance precision and efficiency in mechanical processes that require consistent force
application on fixed materials. The telescopic fixed fork presser machine prototype
incorporates a telescopic mechanism that allows adjustable reach and force distribution,
enabling it to handle materials of varying sizes and densities while maintaining consistent
pressing pressure. The machine ensures accurate alignment and uniform pressure across
the material surface, reducing material deformation and enhancing quality control. This
prototype addresses common limitations found in traditional press systems by offering
flexibility in reach and minimizing setup times. Initial testing demonstrates
improvements in efficiency and reliability, making this telescopic fixed-fork presser
machine as a promising advancement for industries that require adaptable and precise
pressing technology. This prototype can be utilized at mechanical laboratory facility of
the Palompon Institute of Technology as an aid for instruction.
