The results enable educational institutions undertaking campus-wide e-learning programs and projects to align their designs on demographic factors (age, gender and experience) affecting users’ satisfaction. Specific findings of this study offer empirical justifications that may help course creators to develop strategies and activities toward quality VLE implementation.
