Disclosed is the process of making spicy catsup from Rimas. Said process comprising the following: collecting and washing fresh and mature Rimas; cutting and slicing the Rimas; steaming of the Rimas for 25 minutes; weighing of the needed ingredients; homogenizing the ingredients until smooth texture is obtained; cooking at 85ÂșC until desired consistency is obtained;, boiling of the product; exhausting of the bottled product; sealing and labelling of product.
